Caring for Employees
Employees are a company's most valuable asset, and Karrie sincerely cares for them. Employee recruitment, compensation, training opportunities, promotions, dismissals, and retirements within Karrie strictly adhere to the principle of selecting and employing personnel based on their abilities. Employee compensation and benefits are determined based on their job responsibilities, without differentiation based on age or gender. We reference annual compensation survey results to provide employees with competitive salary rewards.
The physical and mental health of employees is also a focus of attention. The Human Resources and Administration departments closely collaborate with all departments to focus on occupational safety and health practices. Occupational safety risk identification, management, and training are guided by the OHSAS 18001 (updated to ISO 45001 in 2018) occupational health and safety management system introduced in 2010.
We have established feedback channels that allow employees to freely share their opinions. Each department has an administrative officer responsible for collecting employee feedback, which is then provided to management through administrative meetings on a monthly basis. Through collective discussion, we address issues encountered by employees and explain company policies to them. We regularly participate in and pass audits by the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) VAP to ensure compliance with RBA requirements regarding labor, health, and safety.
Training and Development
Providing employees with professional training has always been a top priority that Karrie takes seriously. Considering the diversity of positions, we have devised various plans to meet training needs in management, legal regulations, sales and marketing, production automation, and other areas.
We have established development pathways for employees, organizing skill training in line with the company's development direction to facilitate mutual growth of employees and the company. We have formulated a "Training System" to carry out employee training and performance management. Training content includes orientation training, regular training, and specialized training.
